Thank you for shopping with Peterson Print Co.! Every item is 3D printed to order, carefully inspected, and securely packaged before shipment.

Most orders are made to order and typically ship within 5–8 business days.

During especially busy periods or seasonal spikes, processing may take up to 10 business days.

If fulfillment is expected to take longer than that, we’ll post timely updates on our website and notify customers by email so you always know what to expect.

Processing Time

Flat-rate shipping within the U.S. is $10.00 per order.

US orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier and carefully pack every item to arrive in great condition.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

U.S. Shipping

We proudly ship to customers throughout Canada.

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • $18.00 per order

  • $1.50 per item

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and are typically delivered by Canada Post after clearing customs.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Delivery Times:

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.

Our products should not be left outdoors, inside a mailbox, or in another hot location for an extended period after delivery. Please bring your package inside as soon as possible, as prolonged heat exposure may cause the product to soften, warp, or become damaged.

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Peterson Print Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged due to prolonged heat exposure after delivery. We recommend having orders delivered to a secure location and checking the delivery area as soon as possible after receiving a delivery notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Peterson Print Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
