Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for any reasons including:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Accidental purchases

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once printing has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or
Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
